SHIPPING

Depending on how fast the manufacturer makes your sh*t, most orders will be sent out to you within one week. Please allow for half a month to one month for your order to arrive. The shipping time also depends on your location(if it's in North America, it will be faster. If you live in f**king Antarctica, then you might as well wait till 2050). When your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via e-mail.

RETURNS

All sales are considered final.

However, exceptions may be made for orders with damages sustained during transport. Send a mail to: vluudesign@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving the damaged order.

This mail should clearly state the order details and sustained damage. Following this, you can proceed by returning the damaged item to us. Upon our receipt of the damaged item, we will dispatch a replacement, provided it is available in our inventory. In instances where a replacement is not present, a refund amounting to 50% of the item's purchase price will be issued.
